Buyer Policy

Rules for buying, checkout, inspection and dispute support.

1. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers must review product details, part compatibility, model, brand, ownership, invoice/document availability, condition, price, shipping cost, loading/unloading needs and delivery terms before ordering. For used machinery, spare parts and compatibility-critical items, buyers should inspect directly, ask for photos/videos and confirm fitment before payment or acceptance.

2. Safe Buying

Use platform checkout and support channels wherever order records and payment references are required. Do not share OTP, banking passwords or unnecessary personal documents with sellers. If a buyer chooses to pay, inspect, collect or settle outside the platform, that buyer accepts the added risk and Harvester Parts may have limited ability to help.

3. Disputes

Buyers must raise disputes quickly with evidence such as photos, videos, delivery proof, order ID and chat history. Harvester Parts may contact seller and decide next steps based on available evidence and policy, but it is not responsible for losses caused by false seller information, buyer failure to inspect, off-platform payment or incompatible product selection except where liability cannot legally be limited.
