Grievance Redressal
How users can contact Harvester Parts for complaints, legal notices and support escalation.
1. Contact Point
For complaints about orders, sellers, products, refunds, privacy, payout, payment, account access or content, contact support@harvesterparts.in or use the Support page. Include your name, registered email/phone, order/listing ID and clear details.
2. Response Target
We aim to acknowledge serious complaints within a reasonable time and work toward resolution based on complexity, evidence, seller/buyer response, payment gateway status and logistics information.
3. Required Details
Please include order ID, payment ID if any, product title, seller/buyer name if available, issue summary, photos/videos, delivery proof, bank/UPI reference where relevant and your preferred contact method.
4. Legal Notices
Formal legal notices should include complete sender details, authority, facts, relief sought and supporting documents. Business address and entity details must be updated by the owner once final registration details are confirmed.
