Razorpay Payment Policy
Payment gateway, secure checkout, refunds and payment status rules.
1. Payment Gateway
Harvester Parts uses Razorpay or other enabled payment methods for online payment collection. Razorpay may support payment modes such as UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets or other methods depending on availability, bank status, gateway rules and merchant activation.
2. Payment Security
Harvester Parts does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, netbanking password or other sensitive payment credentials. These are handled by the payment gateway/bank/payment app. Users should never share OTP, PIN, card password or banking password with any seller, buyer or support person.
3. Payment Confirmation
An order may show pending until Razorpay/payment gateway confirms payment success. If money is deducted but order is not visible, contact support with payment ID, amount, date/time, phone/email and bank reference. Duplicate or failed payments are reviewed and refunded/adjusted where eligible.
4. Refunds via Razorpay
Approved online refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay/payment gateway. Refund timing depends on gateway and banking networks. Harvester Parts cannot control bank-side delays after refund initiation.
5. Chargebacks and Fraud
Suspicious transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, fake orders, unauthorized use, high-risk activity or gateway alerts may result in order hold, seller payout hold, account review or cancellation.
