How Harvester Parts collects, uses, protects and shares personal information.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to users, visitors, buyers, sellers, admins and support contacts who use Harvester Parts. It explains how we collect and use account details, contact details, seller verification details, product listings, payment-related references, payout information, messages, support requests, device data and website activity.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect name, email, phone number, login identifier, profile details, seller business details, shop address, Aadhaar or verification images uploaded by sellers, payout method, UPI ID, bank account details, product listings, order details, payment IDs, support messages, reports, device/browser data and language preferences.
3. Why We Use Data
We use data to create accounts, verify sellers, approve listings, process orders, calculate seller payouts, reduce fraud, support users, manage membership plans, show rank/badge/title/banner features, maintain admin records, meet legal obligations, improve marketplace safety and communicate important service updates.
4. Payment Data
Card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords and sensitive payment credentials are not stored by Harvester Parts. Payment processing is handled through the payment gateway selected at checkout. We may store transaction IDs, payment status, refund status, order amount and related payment references for support and accounting.
5. Seller Verification Documents
Seller verification documents and shop/stock photos are collected only for verification, fraud prevention, trust and safety, dispute handling and platform compliance. Access is limited to admin and authorized operational use. Sellers must upload only their own valid documents and must not upload another person’s documents without lawful authority.
6. Data Sharing
We may share limited information with payment providers, delivery partners, service providers, legal authorities, fraud-prevention services, hosting providers or professional advisors when required for platform operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, payment processing, security or user support. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
7. Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as authenticated access, database policies, restricted admin functions and secure payment routing. No internet service is 100% secure. Users should keep passwords, OTPs and devices safe and should report suspicious activity immediately.
8. User Choices
Users can update profile details, request support, request correction of inaccurate details and request account/data review. Some records may be retained when required for orders, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance or security.
9. Children and Minors
The marketplace is intended for lawful commercial and consumer use. Users should use the platform only if they can lawfully enter into transactions or with appropriate guardian/business authority where applicable.
