Seller Policy
Rules for seller verification, product listing, order handling and seller conduct.
1. Seller Approval
Sellers must complete verification before listing products. Admin may request identity, shop, stock, business, GST, address, phone, bank/UPI and other details. Approval can be revoked if information is false, outdated, incomplete or risky.
2. Seller Duties
Sellers must list only products they own or are authorized to sell, keep inventory updated, describe condition clearly, respond to buyer/admin messages, pack items safely, follow delivery commitments, cooperate with disputes and avoid any misleading claim.
3. Pricing and Availability
Seller price must be genuine and current. Admin may remove unrealistic, duplicate, misleading, bait, out-of-stock or suspicious listings. If a seller fails to supply after accepting an order, penalties, ranking reduction or account action may apply.
4. Prohibited Seller Actions
Sellers must not sell stolen goods, counterfeit products, unsafe items, illegal products, fake invoices, fake documents or products violating law. Sellers must not bypass platform rules, manipulate ratings, harass buyers or misuse buyer data.
