Terms & Conditions
Rules for using Harvester Parts as a buyer, seller, member, admin-approved seller or visitor.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Harvester Parts, including the website, marketplace, accounts, seller verification, product listings, plans, payments, support, messages, rewards, badges, banners and admin-reviewed services. By using the platform, creating an account, posting a listing, placing an order or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms.
2. Marketplace Role
Harvester Parts operates as an online marketplace and facilitator for agricultural machinery, harvester parts, tractor parts, farm implements and related inventory. Harvester Parts is not the seller, manufacturer, owner, mechanic, surveyor, insurer or transport provider for seller-listed items unless expressly stated in writing. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, legality, condition, pricing, availability and delivery readiness of their listings. Buyers are responsible for inspecting, verifying compatibility, checking documents, confirming freight and deciding whether the product is suitable before payment or acceptance. Platform review is not a product guarantee.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Users must provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure. Users may use email, Google login or phone OTP when enabled. A user must not create false accounts, impersonate any person, misuse another person’s documents or submit fake seller information. Harvester Parts may restrict or suspend accounts for fraud, suspicious activity, abuse, non-payment, repeated disputes, policy violation or legal risk.
4. Seller Verification
Only approved sellers can publish products. Seller approval may require business details, contact details, shop or stock photos, Aadhaar or other verification documents, bank or UPI payout information and any additional information requested by admin. Approval does not create employment, partnership, franchise or agency. Admin may approve, reject, ban, restore or re-check a seller at any time for buyer safety and platform compliance.
5. Listings and Product Information
Every listing must be accurate and must include correct title, category, product type, model, brand, price, condition, images and availability. Sellers must not mislead buyers with fake images, hidden defects, false compatibility, copied listings, stolen products or unrealistic offers. Harvester Parts may edit visibility, reject, ban, archive or request changes to any listing.
6. Orders and Payments
When checkout is used, buyer payment is collected through Razorpay or approved manual confirmation. During launch, buyer protection fee and seller commission use value slabs: 3.5% under Rs. 5,000, 3% from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 9,999, 2.5% from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 99,999, 2% from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2.99 lakh, 1.5% from Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 9.99 lakh and 1% from Rs. 10 lakh and above. The platform may hold order amounts for processing, fraud checks, dispute handling, refund review and seller payout calculation.
7. Seller Commission and Payouts
Seller commission follows the active value slab shown before listing and checkout unless a later notice or written agreement says otherwise. Membership plans increase listing limits, boosts and profile rewards. Seller balance is an estimate and may change after cancellation, refund, dispute, chargeback or policy adjustment.
8. Membership Plans and Rewards
Membership plans may provide listing limits, boost days, badges, banners, titles, reward points or visibility benefits. Plans are digital platform services and begin when activated. Plan benefits are not guaranteed sales, leads or profit. Harvester Parts may update plan names, pricing, benefits, ranking rules, reward rules and event rules with notice on the platform.
9. Badges, Titles, Banners and Ranks
Badges, titles, banners, ranks and points are platform identity features. They are not financial assets and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash or used as proof of business quality outside the platform. Founder/admin identity may be unique and controlled by the platform owner. Users may lose badges, ranks or benefits if their account violates policy.
10. User Conduct
Users must communicate respectfully, avoid spam, avoid bypassing platform checkout when order protection is used, avoid sharing prohibited content, avoid harassment, avoid fraudulent claims and avoid any activity that harms buyers, sellers, admin, payment processors or the platform. Harvester Parts may moderate chat and support messages for safety, fraud prevention and policy enforcement.
11. No Guarantee
Harvester Parts does not guarantee uninterrupted service, buyer leads, product quality, authenticity, ownership, availability, delivery time, seller profit, resale value or compatibility of any part with any machine. Marketplace content is mainly provided by sellers and users. Buyers should verify ownership documents, invoices, compatibility, condition and freight before purchase or acceptance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvester Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, downtime, loss of business, compatibility error, wrong fitment, third-party courier delay, seller misrepresentation, buyer-side inspection failure, payment gateway downtime or user misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to Terms
Harvester Parts may update these Terms to improve the platform, meet legal requirements, support new features or update payment/payout rules. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Contact
For support, disputes, seller verification, payment help or legal notices, contact support@harvesterparts.in or use the Contact/Support page. Business identity details should be updated before full public launch if your final entity, GSTIN or registered office changes.
