Seller Payout Policy
How seller balances, commission, payout methods and 7 business day payout targets work.
1. Platform Collection
For protected checkout, buyer payment is collected by Harvester Parts/payment gateway first. The platform then calculates seller payable balance after the active slab seller platform commission, refunds, chargebacks, shipping adjustments, penalties and any applicable deductions.
2. Seller Balance Example
If a seller lists an item for Rs. 1,000 during launch, the active slab is 3.5%, so estimated seller commission is Rs. 35 and estimated seller balance becomes Rs. 965 before any shipping, refund, chargeback or policy adjustment. Higher-value items move to lower slabs, down to 1% from Rs. 10 lakh and above.
3. Payout Method
Sellers must choose payout by UPI or bank account and submit accurate details. For UPI, seller must provide valid UPI ID and account holder name. For bank transfer, seller must provide account holder name, bank name, account number and IFSC. Wrong payout details may delay or fail transfer.
4. Payout Timeline
Seller payouts are targeted within 7 business days after payment/order confirmation, subject to delivery status, dispute window, fraud checks, bank holidays, payment gateway settlement, compliance review and any buyer complaint. High-value orders may require additional confirmation before payout.
5. Admin Controls
Admin can view money-in, platform commission, seller balances, payout requests, seller bank/UPI details and mark payouts as pending, processing, paid or rejected. Manual payout records are operational records and should match actual bank/UPI transfers.
6. Holds and Deductions
Payout may be held or reduced for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fake listings, seller non-cooperation, legal notice, suspicious activity, buyer dispute, wrong shipment, missing product, policy violation or account verification issue.
