Refund & Cancellation Policy

Buyer cancellation, return, refund, gateway refund and seller payout adjustment rules.

1. Overview

This policy applies to orders placed through Harvester Parts checkout. Because many products are used machinery, spare parts, heavy items or seller-managed inventory, cancellation and refund decisions depend on order status, product condition, seller confirmation, shipping status and dispute review.

2. Buyer Cancellation

A buyer may request cancellation before seller confirmation or dispatch. If cancellation is approved before dispatch and no service or shipping cost has been incurred, the eligible order amount may be refunded to the original payment method. If dispatch, procurement, packing, loading, transport or inspection has started, cancellation may be refused or charges may apply where legally permitted.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved when the seller cannot supply the item, the order is cancelled by Harvester Parts, the buyer is charged but order creation fails, the wrong item is delivered, the product is materially different from the approved listing, or a dispute review confirms refund eligibility.

4. Non-Refundable or Limited Refund Cases

Refund may be rejected or reduced for buyer change of mind after dispatch, wrong machine compatibility selected by buyer, damage after delivery, missing original packaging where relevant, used/installed parts, altered items, custom-procured parts, false claims, delayed complaint after acceptance or cases where seller listing was accurate.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are usually initiated through the payment gateway to the original payment method. Normal gateway/bank timelines may take several working days after initiation. Exact timing depends on Razorpay, banks, card networks, UPI providers and payment method.

6. Platform Fees and Deductions

During launch, checkout may include a buyer protection fee and seller payout may include seller commission based on the active value slab. Payment gateway charges, shipping, loading, inspection, return shipping, cancellation charges, chargebacks or bank fees may also be deducted where applicable and legally allowed. Seller payout and seller balance are adjusted if a refund or chargeback is created.

7. How to Request Refund

Open Support/Contact with order ID, product name, reason, photos/videos where relevant and contact details. Harvester Parts may request seller response, courier proof, inspection proof or extra details before final decision.
