Fees & Commission Policy
Platform fee, seller commission, membership discounts and transaction cost information.
1. Buyer Charges
Buyer checkout may include product subtotal, shipping/logistics charges and a buyer protection fee based on the active value slab. Final payable amount is displayed before order placement.
2. Seller Commission
Seller commission is deducted from seller payout. During launch, seller commission is slab-based: 3.5% under Rs. 5,000, 3% under Rs. 10,000, 2.5% under Rs. 1 lakh, 2% under Rs. 3 lakh, 1.5% under Rs. 10 lakh and 1% from Rs. 10 lakh and above. Rates can change for future transactions after platform notice, but the active rate should be shown before checkout or payout calculation.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are paid for digital platform benefits such as listing limits, visibility, rank benefits, banners, badges, titles, boosts and rewards. Membership purchase does not guarantee sales, leads or profit.
