Prohibited Items Policy
Items and activity not allowed on Harvester Parts.
1. Strictly Prohibited
Users must not list or trade illegal goods, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, weapons, explosives, ammunition, controlled substances, dangerous chemicals, wildlife products, fake documents, government restricted items, gambling products, hacking tools or any item that violates applicable law.
2. Restricted Agricultural Goods
Products such as pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals, fuel, lubricants, batteries, engines, electronics or safety-critical machine parts must be listed only where legally allowed and must include accurate safety, warranty, usage and compliance information where applicable.
3. Enforcement
Harvester Parts may reject, hide, ban, report or remove prohibited listings and may suspend sellers or users involved in prohibited activity.
